At Primavera Club, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Due to the size and nature of our products, please review the following shipping terms carefully.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Because many of our products are large or heavy, we may ship via:
Standard ground shipping
Freight carrier delivery
White glove delivery (where available)
Shipping method depends on product size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
Freight shipping: 7–14 business days
Custom or special-order items: 2–6 weeks (varies)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or high-demand periods.
Large furniture items may ship via freight carrier and include:
Curbside delivery (standard)
Appointment scheduling required
Customer must be available to receive delivery
Curbside delivery means items are delivered to the nearest accessible location outside your home.
Inside delivery or white glove service may incur additional charges.
Upon delivery:
Inspect the packaging and product immediately
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Take clear photos of damage
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Product size and weight
Delivery location
Shipping method selected
Promotional free shipping may apply to select items.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:
Additional shipping charges may apply
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments
If delivery is missed or refused:
Re-delivery fees may apply
Return shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from refunds

Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control
Primavera Club is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
