Refund & Return Policy

At Primavera Club, we want you to love your purchase. Because furniture items are large and require special handling, please review our return guidelines carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unassembled

  • The item is in original packaging

  • All parts, hardware, and manuals are included

  • The item is in resellable condition

Items that have been assembled, used, or modified are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Assembled furniture

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Mattresses and upholstered items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to improper assembly


3. Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@primaveraclub.us

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval before shipping

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping

Due to the size and weight of furniture, return shipping costs may be significant.


5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.

This covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement parts

  • A replacement item

  • Or a refund (at our discretion)


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the returned item does not meet our policy requirements, it will be returned to you at your expense.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused without prior authorization:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Original shipping charges

  • Restocking fees

may be deducted from your refund.


10. Assembly Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper assembly following provided instructions.

Primavera Club is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly.

Professional assembly is recommended for large or complex items.
